Design of Balanced Scorecard as a School’s Performance Measurement

For schools as educational institutions, it is essential to identify their conditions and determine the right strategy for sustainability. The research aimed design Balanced Scorecard (BSC) a performance measurement tool at Sekolah XYZ. applied qualitative method with Simple Research Design (SRD) an analytical model. data analysis, stages of preparation in BSC. primary collection was conducted through interviews five key informants. indicators consisted from financial perspective (weight: 25%), three customer nine internal business process 30%), learning growth 20%). In addition, BSC equipped validation system evaluation support implementation results show that based on vision mission organization, there are 12 objective strategies be achieved, 22 appropriately implemented XYZs. XYZ necessary designed so its management can easily trace find causes school’s success or failure. used recommendations other want implement BSC, adjustments according each school.
